  • Acquisition of 51% equity interest in Hyproca Dairy Group which has over 100 years of history

2010
  • Ausnutria Dairy (China) Co., Ltd. ("Ausnutria China"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ausnutria, was designated as a High Technology Enterprise by the Hunan Provincial Science & Technology Department, the Hunan Provincial Finance Department, the State Tax Bureau of Hunan Province and the Hunan Local Taxation Bureau and was valid for a period of 3 years.
  • Signed letter of intent with Nutribio, begin the milestone of Dual-Brand
