Besides, Ausnutria maintains regular dialogues with institutional investors and analysts to keep them informed of the Group's strategy, operations, management and plans. The directors and the members of the various board committees of Ausnutria would attend and answer questions raised at the annual general meetings, and significant issues will be put as separate proposed resolutions.
